Please start here with a brief introduction to chronic pain and back pain. This introduction includes why yoga is so effective for managing chronic pain and the various sources of the teaching I am providing for you. The next six videos include a variety of short practices including some of the most common yoga postures and how to do them safely to improve your back health.  Finally, there are 2 hour-long low back health practices that you can do over and over again.   Isn't it time to get back to living without chronic low back pain.
